Welcome to 4 C Sons Travelling. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Process & Payment
Inquiries
Submitting a booking form on our website is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking.
Confirmation
We will contact you via email to confirm availability and provide a final quote.
Payment
Your booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or our secure payment link, which will be emailed to you.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
- •
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
3. Tour Itineraries
Our private tours are flexible. While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road closures) to ensure your safety and the best possible experience.
4. Liability
4 C Sons Travelling carries comprehensive passenger liability insurance. However, guests participate in tours at their own risk. We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the tour, except where such loss is due to our proven negligence.
